I needed a dying tree removed. Dustan and another gentleman came by examined the tree on a Sat and had it removed that following Monday. After being stood up by other contractors and estimates that were crazy, Dustin and his partner showed up on Saturday morning. They looked at the scope of my project and quoted me a price that was a fraction of the quote by his competition. They went right to work. They welcomed me to stay with them throughout the project so I could get just what I wanted. I enjoyed their company, personalities and professionalism. They did exactly what I asked and included modifications as they worked at no extra charge. They even took out a tree that I was planning to remove myself (again at no extra charge) and at the end of the project when they were hot and tired. The place looks gorgeous. Like when I built it. From the moment I met this man, you can tell he’s a true gentleman! I hired Tesla Tree Trimming service to take down a big Elm tree branch that had snapped and landed on my roof, but was still attached about 25 feet in the tree. Dustan and his crew performed above and beyond by taking down other branches that could have also been an issue. His service provided me excellent, professional, and budget friendly trimming that i was having a hard time finding anywhere else. My experience with Tesla Tree Services was wonderful and must be shared! I quoted approximately 12-15 tree service companies in an 80 mile radius. Factors that were important to me were cost, schedule, consideration for my property, and responsiveness. I called and left a voice message and was responded to within a few mins by Justin. He coordinated a site visit for the same day and arrived on time. He walked the property and estimated the cost of the tree removal. Something else worth mentioning is that he also recommended way that could save me money like trimming the tree vs. removing the tree, and provided estimates on nearby trees that for my consideration. This was cool because he didn't seem like he was trying to nickle-and-dime me or add on extra services. The cost was very competitive and he ensured that he could do the job before the holiday (few days away). I almost forgot, I had another project going on at that time as well. I was getting solar panels on the house. When Justin and his team arrived they were extremely flexible on sharing the work space and ensured the environment was safe. All their equipment was staged quickly and few hours later he was finished. He made sure the site was clean and even swept up the drive way. To be honest, I didn't call Tessa tree Trimming at first. That was my mistake. I should of called them first all along. I called three other tree Trimming service first. They all ghosted me either never show up or straight up don't reply to services, Wasted my time and energy. But Tessa tree Trimming was there.
